Emotional Intelligence in Business Life

Participant Profile:

Anyone with the aim of realizing their own emotional intelligence along with their IQ and professionals who wants to utilize their EQ for productive business results.

GOAL:

On this training participants will learn how EQ is important along with IQ by showing different aspects of the subject and what self-efficacy points needed & how to develop them. During the training, reflection of how logic with emotional intelligence connection influence happiness and productivity will be revealed. 

By observing other people's and own emotions participants will learn how to regulate them and how to turn own emotions to actions.

  • Evaluation with group or one-on-one practices
  • This is an interactive training compromising theoretical practices and group works.
