Reverse Mentoring Program

Turkish companies and companies near Turkey which are built strategically face difficulties. Besides this, for mid level managers, coaching and mentorship abilities gain importance day by day in a business life where gen-Y joins workforce and privacy, innovation and productivity become mainstream criteria.

This program is specifically designed for the purpose of training managers to reverse mentoring higher or lower level colleagues. This program also contains training for developing related skills.

With this program, it’s made possible to evaluate inhouse culture, experience and accumulation more effectively, transfer to new employees and to gain a clear perpective of new generation employees about their life view and expectancies.

PROGRAM CONTENT AND OUR WAY OF TRAINING

As AIM Consultancy, With TERSİNE Mentorship Program, draft scope of work is presented below. Real is service is applied by designing a plan, completely custom tailored to your company.

With Positive Psychology approach and GESTALT / TRANSACTIONAL MODEL which is the plan is built on, every participant will be provided to gain systematical approach to develop the organization as a whole. The program can be carried out by rotating mentoring session applications, information transfer, inventory and case studies, interactive trainings and coaching sessions to mentors.

Recommended program can be completed in 3 separate modules and as below:

  • MODULE (RECOMMENDED)
    • WARM UP SESSIONS
    • Our program leaders have a PRE-MENTORING sessions before the project one to one and face to face bout basic needs and expectancies.
    • SYSTEM DESIGN
    • Setting project aims and prioritization.
    • Setting aimed manager group
    • Creating project crew.
    • Creating a list of how many mentors and mentees there should be, and what levels and matching.
    • Process planning, designing of flow, time and other points.
    • Determining which tools to use.
    • Forecast of possible problems and finding solutions beforehand.
  • MODULE
    • (APPLIED TRAININGS)
    • With the evulation of first modul data and additional datas from your company, training step starts. A full day trainings are organized after the first modul. The span should be two weeks at maximum.
    • During this one day program, except for information sharing, applications with two partnes are realized.
    • In application sessions, ten person groups are divided into two groups for rotating mentorship sessions for a maximum practice.
    • In article C, participants will play Mentor, mentee and observer roles and our leader Coach/Mentor will give feedback after every session.
    • This training will be finished after every participant had 3 separate roles in 3 separate plays. Three separate applications where participants will realize entrance, development a result and session as a whole is planned. Our professional coach mentors will provide feedback with information sharing and with sudded interventions they will create real life situatins for a better application and experience.
    • On demand, a full day of TEAM / GROUP MENTORSHIP application can be added. In this situation, 2. MODUL must be planned as a two day organization.
  • MODULE (RECOMMENDED)
    • (FOLLOW UP / SUPPORT SESSIONS)
    • Our program leaders will gather with participants face to face to talk about project’s effects. This benchmark organization will be carried out as a team mentoring / workshop in means of a support program. During this sessions, areas to develop will be evaluated.
