CONTENT AND PROCESS:

In this program, preliminary survey is carried and about how to position coaching in order to HR function to be a part of company strategy and add value. Participants are asked to do a presentation before the program, about mentoring and coaching. Results of preliminary surveys constitute the basis of the program.

Exemplifications and demonstrations are taken from HR staff daily routine. How coaching and mentoring can be related to other HR processes is built during the training.
